PENTAX Q10 - a new compact camera with interchangeable lenses
Company PENTAX RICOH IMAGING COMPANY announced the launch of a new model of digital compact cameras with interchangeable lenses, PENTAX Q10, which is a further development of the range compact camera with interchangeable lens mount Q.
This new product is equipped with a bayonet Q, high-performance image processor and 12.4 megapixel light sensitive CMOS-sensor with improved processing algorithms, allowing to obtain high quality images with low noise level. As the producer, thanks to a new generation of sensor and improved AF algorithm in PENTAX Q10 significantly improved focusing speed, even with longer lenses, including low light. Moreover, PENTAX Q10 retained all the creative tools of its predecessor.
PENTAX Q10 appearance similar to the PENTAX Q (which was designed as a miniature version of the SLR), but added a few design improvements. For example, to improve the efficiency and manageability added grip, providing convenient retention chamber.
Together with PENTAX Q10 company released telephoto zoom lens PENTAX-06 Telephoto Zoom and adapter for Q-mount lenses K. If the compact and lightweight telezum with a range of focal lengths from 83 mm to 249 mm (35 mm equivalent) nicely complement the park optics mount Q, the adapter will provide owners of these miniature cameras full access to all optics mount K, which opens up new possibilities for photography.
PENTAX Q10 will be in Russia at the end of November 2012 and will be available in three color finishes: black, silver and red.
Other features of PENTAX Q10:
3-inch color LCD monitor with wide viewing angle and a resolution of about 460 thousand pixels.
Great battery life.
IR receiver for wireless remote control.
Mode white balance control CTE.
Possibility to configure the white balance quickly adjust the hue optimizer, for any "preset" to manually set the color circle, and quickly evaluate the results in the LCD monitor.
Selecting the aspect ratio (4:3, 3:2, 16:9 or 1:1).
Multiple exposure mode (up to 9 exposures in a single frame), with automatic exposure compensation.
The ability to automatically, without user intervention, to take photography at timed intervals (interval shooting).
Automatic distortion correction software installed optics.
